The Company operates from one factory in Albury, NSW, situated in a close proximity to major highways between Melbourne and Sydney. Their factory is well equipped and is competent in structural, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and sheetmetal fabrications. We have approximately 70 employees comprising of 2 working fulltime Directors, a General Manager, Quality Manager, Senior Project Supervisor, fully qualified Engineers as Project Co-ordinators, Administration staff, 32 tradesmen, 8 apprentices and 10 trades assistants. Macfab Engineering is a current member of the Northside Chamber of Commerce and fully utilizes their resources to keep abreast of a changing business environment.

It is the committed intention of Macfab Engineering to provide and promote conditions of work which facilitate a safe and healthy environment for all employees. We have an excellent safety record, with no major incidents in all of our years of operation, and we aim to maintain this standard.
Macfab Engineering actively encourages and supports the training of employees in Occupational Health and Safety. We have an active safety committee, and do a safety walk every day to look for potential safety issues.
Macfab Engineering over the years has worked on many diverse engineering projects, and employs approximately 70 people – 30 tradespeople, 5 apprentices, 2 sales estimators trades assistants, engineers, accountants and administration staff. Macfab Engineering also has access to a reliable source of subcontractors and labor hire employees, when required.
Our expertise and experience allows us to offer fabricated and welded metal products, for most applications of many industries. To ensure that best practice and high quality outcomes are consistently achieved, we strive for continuous improvement, and we also maintain our own quality management system, that complies with the requirements of RMS.
It is our aim to provide our customers with products which meet or exceed their expectations, at the lowest possible price, and within the agreed timeframe.
We strive to do all of our work in a safe manner that also protects the health, safety or environment of the wider community. We consistently measure our performance and provide evidence that we are meeting the above objectives through our Management Review Meetings.
